At least 80% of its assets are committed to higher-yielding, lower-rated debt instruments, commonly known as "junk bonds." This exposure can be achieved via various means, including convertible securities, warrants, forward contracts, or derivatives like swap agreements. The fund also retains unlimited flexibility to utilize derivative instruments, such as credit default swap agreements and total return swap agreements.
