The fund seeks to invest globally with a focus on North America, Asia, Northern Europe, and the United States. It typically invests in funds specializing in unquoted investments and acquiring unquoted portfolios. The fund also co-invests alongside private equity managers. It may invest in any type of financial instrument, including equity and non-equity shares, debt securities, subscription and conversion rights and options in relation to such shares and securities and interests in partnerships and limited partnerships and other forms of collective investment scheme.
