Parnassus Core Equity Fund – Institutional Shares 

This fund aims to both expand capital and generate regular income. It achieves these goals principally through substantial investments in a diverse array of equity instruments, encompassing both common and preferred stocks. Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of its net assets—including any capital borrowed for investment—will be committed to such equity holdings. Furthermore, at least three-quarters of the fund's total assets are typically allocated to income-producing equities, meaning those that pay out interest or dividends.
