Under typical market conditions, this fund commits at least 80% of its total assets, including any leveraged capital, to municipal bonds whose interest earnings are exempt from federal, Maryland state, and local income taxes. Similarly, it is projected that a minimum of 80% of the fund's generated revenue will also be free from these federal and Maryland tax obligations. The portfolio employs a concentrated, rather than broadly diversified, investment approach.
