PetroNor E&P ASA functions as an independent entity primarily engaged in oil and gas exploration and production activities across West Africa. Its asset portfolio comprises a variety of offshore exploration and production holdings located in different West African countries. These include the PNGF Sud licenses off the coast of Congo Brazzaville, the A4 license in The Gambia, the Sinapa (Block 2) and Esperança (Blocks 4A and 5A) licenses offshore Guinea-Bissau, the Rufisque Offshore Profond and Senegal Offshore Sud Profond permits in Senegal, and the OML-113 concession in Nigeria. The company was established in 2017 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
