Pacer Funds Trust - Pacer WealthShield ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Pacer Advisors, Inc. The fund invests in public equity and fixed income markets of the United States. It invests directly and through other funds to create its portfolio. For its equity portion, the fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in stocks of large-cap companies. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests in U.S. Treasury securities and U.S. high yield corporate bond securities with varying maturities. It seeks to track the performance of the Pacer Wealth Shield Index, by using full replication technique. Pacer Funds Trust - Pacer WealthShield ETF was formed on December 11, 2017 and is domiciled in the United States.
