Blue River Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, develops and operates ports in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. It is also involved in the development and operation of ports; and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), compressed natural gas (CNG), and liquefied natural gas distribution and logistics businesses. In addition, the company provides credit financing; management; and LPG and natural gas technical research and development services. Further, it owns and operates CNG automotive fueling stations. The company was formerly known as PYI Corporation Limited and changed its name to Blue River Holdings Limited in May 2021. Blue River Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in North Point, Hong Kong.
