Federated Hermes MDT Small Cap Growth Fund Shares 

This investment vehicle primarily focuses on allocating capital to the equity shares of smaller U.S. enterprises. Its investment adviser implements a small-capitalization growth strategy, largely selecting its holdings from companies featured in the Russell 2000® Growth Index. A minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, will be committed to small companies. The fund's management considers a small company to be an entity whose size is analogous to those constituent firms of the Russell 2000® Growth Index.
