Meeder Sector Rotation Fund Institutional Class 

The Meeder Quantex Fund Institutional Class primarily focuses on investments in mid-capitalization equity securities. Under typical market conditions, at least 60% of the fund's total assets will be allocated to these holdings, which encompass common stocks, rights, and warrants. Mid-capitalization companies are defined as those whose market values are comparable to the constituents of the Russell Midcap Index, a widely recognized benchmark for the performance of mid-sized U.S. businesses. Additionally, the fund has the option to invest in other pooled investment vehicles, including index funds, various index-based products, open-end investment companies, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
