Invesco Nasdaq Free Cash Flow Achievers 

The Invesco Nasdaq Free Cash Flow Achievers ETF (QOWZ) endeavors to mirror the investment performance of the Nasdaq US Free Cash Flow Achievers Index, prior to accounting for fees and operating expenses. The fund allocates a minimum of 90% of its total assets to the securities that constitute this benchmark. The underlying Index is designed to track U.S.-listed companies exhibiting continuous and robust growth in their free cash flow. For inclusion, a company must already be a component of the NASDAQ US Benchmark Index and, crucially, must have generated positive free cash flow in every one of the preceding eleven years. Free cash flow refers to the capital a business retains after covering its operating expenses and capital investments. The Index undergoes an annual reconstitution process each June, and both QOWZ and the Index are rebalanced on a quarterly basis.
