Sentral REIT 

Sentral REIT functions as a commercial Real Estate Investment Trust, formally constituted by its restated trust deed on December 2, 2019, and a subsequent supplemental deed dated December 24, 2020. Its operations are managed by Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd (SRM), with a primary focus on acquiring and investing in commercial real estate assets across Malaysia. This approach is designed to provide unitholders with consistent, long-term income distributions and to promote sustained growth in the net asset value per unit. As of December 31, 2022, the trust's portfolio includes nine properties, specifically four located in Cyberjaya, four in Kuala Lumpur, and one in Penang, with a total valuation reaching RM2.0607 billion.
