Guardian Exploration 

Guardian Exploration Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil, natural gas, and mineral properties in Western North America. It holds interest in the Mount Cameron Property located in the Mayo Mining District in Yukon; and Kaigani claims located in the Tongass National Forest, Alaska. The company was formerly known as Guardian Resources Inc. and changed its name to Guardian Exploration Inc. in May 2001. Guardian Exploration Inc. was incorporated in 2001 and is based in Calgary, Canada.
