RareX Limited is an Australian-based company dedicated to the exploration and development of mineral resources. Its primary focus involves identifying deposits of critical minerals such as nickel, cobalt, copper, gold, and rare earth elements. The flagship of its operations is the Cummins Range Rare Earths project, a wholly-owned asset strategically located in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia. The entity, originally incorporated in 2003, was known as Sagon Resources Limited until its rebranding to RareX Limited in December 2019. RareX Limited maintains its corporate headquarters in Subiaco, Australia.
