Enwell Energy plc is an oil and gas enterprise actively involved in the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons across Ukraine. The company boasts complete ownership and operational control over production licenses for various gas and condensate fields, including the Mekhediviska-Golotvschinska and Svyrydivske fields within the Poltava region. Its assets also feature the Vasyschevskoye field, situated in the Kharkiv region. Furthermore, Enwell Energy plc holds a full interest in the Svystunivsko-Chervonolutskyi exploration license, which is located in the Poltava region of north-eastern Ukraine. Founded in 2002 under its former name, Regal Petroleum plc, the company rebranded to Enwell Energy plc in May 2020. Headquartered in London, United Kingdom, it operates as a subsidiary of Smart Holding (Cyprus) Limited.
