Sterling Metals Corp. engages in the discovery, acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada. It holds an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Adeline copper silver project covering an area of approximately 29,700 hectares located in Labrador; and the Sail Pond silver-copper-lead-zinc project covering an area of 13,500 hectares located in the Great Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland. It also holds the Copper Road Project covering an area of 25,000 hectares located in Ontario, Canada. The company was formerly known as Latin American Minerals Inc. and changed its name to Sterling Metals Corp. in November 2020. Sterling Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2003 and is based in Toronto, Canada.
