Santec Corporation produces and sells optical components, optical instruments, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) systems. The company offers optical instruments, including tunable lasers, tunable filters, optical test platforms, and polarization extinction ratio measurement equipment; and optical imaging and sensing products comprising OCT systems, accessories and software, 3D optical profilers, and lasers. The company was formerly known as Samcom Electronics Corporation and changed its name to Santec Corporation in June 1983.
