This fund primarily aims to invest in the shares of companies based outside the United States. Its focus is predominantly on firms listed in well-established, developed markets, such as Japan, Germany, and France. However, it also retains the flexibility to seek investment opportunities in countries with evolving economies. A core principle is that a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any capital borrowed for investment) must be committed to international securities. This 80% allocation also incorporates the value of appropriate derivative instruments. For valuation purposes, every position, including derivatives, is assessed according to its recorded book price.
