The fund invests in U.S. companies that are recognized as leaders within their respective sectors for their commitment to promoting and supporting gender diversity throughout all organizational levels. Companies are also evaluated on their effectiveness in fostering career progression through their diversity policies and programs. Holdings are weighted based on their market capitalization and a Gender Diversity Score, a metric that assesses a company's female representation and its overall diversity management practices.
