This fund typically commits a minimum of 80% of its total net assets—including any capital borrowed for investment purposes—to equity securities issued by small-capitalization companies. The Sub-Adviser defines these small-cap firms as those possessing market capitalizations comparable to the companies featured in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. Although its primary focus is on small-cap equities, the fund maintains the flexibility to invest in the stock of companies regardless of their market size. Its equity holdings consist mainly of common shares.
