Columbia Seligman Technology and Information Fund 

The fund aims to achieve capital appreciation for its shareholders. Under typical market conditions, it dedicates at least 80% of its net assets to businesses within the technology and information sphere. The manager concentrates investments primarily in companies categorized under the information technology and communications services sectors, as determined by a global industry classification standard that may be updated periodically, in addition to other pertinent industries. The portfolio may hold up to 25% of its net assets in non-U.S. investments. It follows a non-diversified investment strategy.
