Southern Empire Resources Corp. is a company dedicated to identifying, exploring, and developing metal and mineral resources across North America. The corporation holds options to secure full ownership (100% interest) of two significant properties: The Oro Cruz Property, encompassing 2,160 hectares, situated in the Cargo Muchacho mountains of Imperial County, southeastern California. The Pedro Gold Project, covering 1,750 hectares, located in Mexico's Durango State. Further expanding its portfolio, Southern Empire maintains an 85% ownership share in the Eastgate Gold Project. This Nevada-based project, located in Churchill County, consists of 101 unpatented lode mining claims spanning 817 hectares. Founded in 2017 and based in Vancouver, Canada, the corporation was formerly known as Owl Capital Corp. It adopted its current name, Southern Empire Resources Corp., in March 2018.
