SciSparc Ltd. is a pharmaceutical company in the clinical development phase, specializing in creating medications derived from cannabinoid molecules. Their therapeutic pipeline encompasses several key drug candidates: SCI-110, which is being investigated for the treatment of Tourette syndrome, obstructive sleep apnea, and agitation associated with Alzheimer's disease; SCI-160, designed to address pain; and SCI-210, targeting autism spectrum disorder and epilepsy. The company has formed strategic alliances to further its goals. A partnership with Procaps focuses on the development and eventual commercial manufacturing of SCI-110, as well as CannAmide, an oral palmitoylethanolamide in a soft gel capsule. Founded in 2004, the company initially operated under the name Therapix Biosciences Ltd. before changing to SciSparc Ltd. in January 2021.
