In Singapore, its holdings include assets within Suntec City, recognized as Singapore's premier integrated commercial hub and featuring one of the nation's largest retail complexes. The REIT also possesses a 66.3% stake in the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, a one-third ownership in both One Raffles Quay and the Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1 and 2 (which incorporates the Marina Bay Link Mall), and a 30.0% interest in 9 Penang Road. Expanding its footprint to Australia, Suntec REIT wholly owns commercial buildings at 177 Pacific Highway, Sydney, and 21 Harris Street, Pyrmont, Sydney. Furthermore, it holds a 50.0% share in Southgate Complex, Melbourne, a 50.0% interest in Olderfleet 477 Collins Street, Melbourne, and full ownership of a commercial property located at 55 Currie Street, Adelaide.
