Swire Pacific Limited is a diverse conglomerate with operations spanning property, aviation, beverages, marine, and trading & industrial sectors. Its business activities extend across Hong Kong, Mainland China, other parts of Asia, the United States, and numerous international markets. The Property division is involved in developing, owning, and managing various mixed-use properties. Its investment portfolio encompasses a range of assets including office and retail spaces, serviced apartments, luxury residential units, and comprehensive commercial developments. Additionally, the trading portfolio focuses on residential properties. This division also manages two hotels in Hong Kong, four in Mainland China, and holds an interest in the Mandarin Oriental hotel located in the United States. Within the Aviation division, the company provides a suite of services such as flight catering, ramp handling, passenger and cargo support, and aircraft maintenance and modification. As of December 31, 2021, this segment maintained a fleet comprising 234 aircraft. The Beverages division possesses the exclusive rights to produce, market, and distribute refreshing soft drinks to consumers. Finally, the Trading & Industrial division encompasses a variety of ventures: operating 164 retail outlets for footwear, apparel, and accessories; selling passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and scooters; managing a network of 538 bakery stores; packaging and selling sugar products under the Taikoo Sugar brand; and offering waste management services.
