The fund typically allocates a minimum of 80% of its portfolio to equity securities issued by large companies. Its core investment strategy centers on acquiring shares of major U.S. corporations, specifically those included in the Russell 1000® Value Index, that the investment adviser identifies as being priced below their true intrinsic value following a thorough assessment of their potential worth. Additionally, the fund maintains the option to invest up to one-fifth of its total assets in international securities.
