TDI provides investors with extensive exposure to global stock markets, specifically those located outside of the United States. Its investments can encompass a diverse range of assets, including ordinary and preference shares, depositary receipts, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and other exchange-traded funds. The fund's portfolio is constructed by its sub-advisor utilizing the Dynamic Alpha Stock Selection Model, a proprietary quantitative methodology. This model aims to assemble a risk-controlled, forward-looking portfolio that can adjust to evolving market dynamics. It determines potential returns for each security by evaluating its risk attributes through a three-stage procedure that incorporates both fundamental financial metrics and statistical tools. An optimization process then selects a portfolio of approximately 100 to 140 securities, chosen for their maximized expected return relative to a defined risk threshold. The fund undergoes regular rebalancing. On December 11, 2023, TDI transitioned from its previous structure as a mutual fund to become an actively managed ETF, managing $62 million in assets at the time of conversion.
