Thornburg Investment Income Builder Fund 

The Thornburg Investment Income Builder Fund Class I aims to deliver a consistent stream of current income that surpasses the average yield of U.S. equities. Its secondary objective is to achieve growth in capital over the long term. To fulfill these goals, the fund strategically allocates its investments across a wide array of income-generating securities, primarily focusing on common stocks and bonds. Under typical market circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in instruments that produce income, and at least half of its portfolio will be dedicated to common stocks.
