Teamshares Inc is a tech-enabled company that acquires and operates small and medium-sized businesses. It uses a software platform to support activities across the acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, and transaction execution. After acquisition, the platform is used to integrate financial and operational data and to monitor performance across its portfolio companies. The company has two reportable segments: Small Business Acquisitions and Real Estate.
