The fund aims to fulfill its investment objective by primarily investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its total assets directly or indirectly in the securities that make up the Victory US Small Cap Volatility Weighted BRI Index. This benchmark, which is unmanaged and designed by the fund's Sub-Advisor, applies a volatility-weighted methodology. Its unique construction integrates fundamental criteria with individual security risk control, achieved by weighting stocks based on their volatility rather than employing traditional market capitalization weighting.
