This passively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF), TSRS, aims to closely track the returns of a specific index made up of US-listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) before any fees or operational costs are deducted. For a REIT to be featured in this benchmark, it must derive the majority of its revenue from states that have voted for a Republican presidential candidate in at least two of the last three national elections. Beyond this geographic revenue criterion, included securities must also meet predefined thresholds for market capitalization, trading liquidity, and transaction volume, with specific caps applied to index constituents. The index undergoes a comprehensive quarterly review and implements a modified free-float adjusted market capitalization weighting approach. To facilitate portfolio rebalancing or manage its cash flow needs, the fund retains the flexibility to utilize cash equivalents and derivative instruments. It is important to note that TSRS is designated as a non-diversified fund.
