Telstra Group Limited, established in Melbourne, Australia, in 1901, is a leading provider of telecommunication and information services. Its operations are structured into four key divisions: Telstra Consumer and Small Business, Telstra Enterprise, Networks and IT, and Telstra InfraCo. For Australian consumers and small businesses, Telstra delivers a broad spectrum of mobile, fixed-line, media, and technology offerings. These services are distributed through a comprehensive ecosystem comprising call centers, physical retail outlets, a dealership network, digital platforms, and the Telstra Plus customer loyalty program. The enterprise-focused division provides large organizations and government clients with specialized services such as network capacity management, unified communications, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, tailored industry solutions, and integrated monitoring systems.
