Its flagship property is the Co-O Gold Mine, which includes 410 km² of tenements covering an area of approximately 70km of strike length located in Central Eastern Mindanao in the Republic of the Philippines. The company was formerly known as Medusa Mining Limited and changed its name to Ten Sixty Four Limited in May 2022.
