It holds a 100% interest in the shallow water Thali production sharing contract that covers an area of 119.2 square kilometers located in the Rio del Rey basin, offshore Cameroon; and a 50% interest in the Algoa-Gamtoos license that covers an area of 9,369 square kilometers located in the offshore South Africa. The company also holds 80% operating interest in Blocks 1910A, 1911, and 1912B of the northern Walvis Basin and Dolphin Graben, which cover an area of approximately 23,297 square kilometers located in Namibia. Tower Resources plc was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
