The primary objective of this fund is to generate substantial capital growth over an extended period. Under typical market circumstances, it commits a minimum of 80% of its total assets—which includes any capital obtained through borrowing for investment—to equities issued by large-capitalization companies. The adviser generally aims to construct a focused portfolio, holding stakes in a select and limited number of companies. Its investment approach largely targets equity instruments deemed undervalued by the Subadviser, which include common stocks, international securities, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
