Acadian Emerging Markets Portfolio Class I 

The Acadian Emerging Markets Portfolio Class I strives to achieve long-term capital growth primarily by investing in the common shares of companies situated in developing nations. While its main focus is ordinary equities, the fund is also authorized to invest in other types of stock-related instruments, such as preferred stock. Ordinarily, at least 80% of its total assets (including any funds borrowed for investment purposes) will be committed to equity securities. Additionally, the portfolio has the discretion to allocate some capital to companies based in industrialized countries.
