The Artisan International Small-Mid Fund typically allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets, including any borrowed capital for investment purposes, to common stocks and other securities of small and mid-sized companies. These investments are valued at their market price at the time of acquisition. Additionally, under normal market conditions, the fund ensures that at least 65% of its total assets are invested in securities issued by companies based outside the United States, also measured by their market value upon purchase.
