This fund aims to mirror the investment performance of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Index. This benchmark gauges the equity returns of firms involved in acquiring, divesting, and developing income-producing properties within developed countries, as defined by FTSE EPRA/NAREIT. Generally, the fund commits at least 90% of its capital—augmented by any borrowed funds for investment—to either the direct securities of this underlying index or to depositary receipts representing those securities.
