Calvert Small-Cap Fund 

The Calvert Small-Cap Fund Class A seeks to deliver significant long-term growth for investors. Its primary strategy involves allocating capital to the common shares of smaller U.S. businesses. Generally, at least 80% of the fund's total net assets—a calculation that includes any borrowed capital used for investment purposes—are dedicated to these small-company stocks. The fund's management defines "small companies" as those with market valuations comparable to the companies within the Russell 2000® Index at the moment of investment. Furthermore, the fund has the flexibility to invest up to a maximum of 25% of its net assets in non-U.S. securities.
