Calvert Short Duration Income Fund Class I 

The fund's primary strategy involves dedicating a minimum of 65% of its capital to high-quality, U.S. dollar-based debt instruments, with their credit rating confirmed as investment-grade at the time of acquisition. It also possesses the flexibility to allocate up to 35% of its assets to lower-rated, higher-yielding bonds—often termed "junk bonds"—including those facing financial distress or already in default. Additionally, the portfolio may include up to 25% in foreign debt securities.
