Calvert US Mid Cap Core Responsible Index Fund Class I 

This fund seeks to mirror the composition and performance of its benchmark index by acquiring common stock in each company represented within that index, maintaining approximately the same proportional weighting. It generally commits at least 95% of its overall assets, encompassing any borrowed capital used for investment, to the securities comprising this index. The index itself is made up of common shares from medium-sized firms that conduct their activities in alignment with The Calvert Principles for Responsible Investment.
