Calvert International Equity Fund 

This fund typically allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets, including any capital obtained through borrowing for investment, to international equities. These investments specifically target common and preferred shares, as well as depositary receipts, issued by non-U.S. companies. Management considers large-capitalization non-U.S. firms to be those whose market value falls within the spectrum of the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Europe, Australasia and Far East (EAFE) Index at the moment of investment.
