DFA Emerging Markets Small Cap Portfolio Institutional Class 

This portfolio operates as a feeder fund, primarily channeling virtually all of its capital into its associated master fund, the Emerging Markets Small Cap Series, which is part of the DFA Investment Trust Company. Both the feeder and master funds share identical investment goals and strategic guidelines. As a non-core policy, under normal circumstances, the Emerging Markets Small Cap Series is mandated to invest at least 80% of its net holdings in small-capitalization companies within emerging markets, specifically those securities classified as "Approved Market" within its prospectus.
