Federated Hermes MDT Large Cap Value Fund 

This fund aims to enhance both the income generated and the overall value of an investment. It primarily invests in the common shares of large American companies that are believed to be trading below their true market worth. The fund's management team employs a large-cap value investment strategy, drawing a substantial portion of its holdings from companies featured in the Russell 1000® Value Index. Should there be a policy change that would allow the fund to typically invest under 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowed capital for investment) in large-cap holdings, the adviser commits to providing shareholders with at least 60 days' prior notice.
