Fidelity Real Estate Income Fund 

This fund primarily allocates its capital to real estate-related assets. Its portfolio mainly consists of common and preferred stocks of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), debt instruments from real estate entities, and a range of mortgage-backed securities (MBS), including commercial ones. A significant characteristic is its emphasis on lower-quality debt securities, often called high-yield or 'junk' bonds, which carry a higher risk profile. A core mandate requires at least 80% of the fund's assets to be invested in companies primarily involved in the real estate industry and other real estate-related holdings. The fund has the flexibility to invest in both domestic (U.S.) and foreign issuers.
