This fund normally allocates at least 80% of its net assets, along with any borrowed capital utilized for investment, to fixed-income instruments. The portfolio management team actively oversees and adjusts the fund's duration, with the goal of maintaining its average weighted duration typically within a four-year range of its benchmark's duration. Although the primary focus is on high-quality, investment-grade bonds, the fund retains the option to strategically invest in lower-rated, below-investment-grade securities at certain periods.
