Gateway Equity Call Premium Fund 

Under typical conditions, this fund commits at least 80% of its net assets (including any capital from borrowings) to equity investments. It habitually maintains a broadly diversified portfolio of stocks. Furthermore, the fund engages in selling index call options, aiming for their aggregate notional value to roughly correspond with the market value of its equity holdings. It also has the flexibility to invest in both affiliated and unaffiliated mutual funds and exchange-traded funds, in line with the regulations of the Investment Company Act of 1940.
