Goldman Sachs Mid Cap Growth Fund 

The fund's central objective is to achieve substantial capital growth over an extended period. Under typical market conditions, it dedicates a minimum of 90% of its total assets, as valued at the time of acquisition, to equity holdings, primarily targeting companies with medium market capitalizations. While predominantly invested in publicly traded U.S. securities, the fund maintains the option to allocate up to 25% of its overall capital to international stocks. This may include securities issued by companies in emerging economies and those whose prices are quoted in foreign denominations.
