This fund aims to deliver a robust level of ongoing income while simultaneously striving to maximize overall returns. It typically dedicates a minimum of 80% of its total investment capital (comprising net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes) to a diverse range of adjustable-rate instruments. These include senior secured syndicated bank loans, revolving credit facilities, unsecured loans, asset-backed securities, and other floating-rate bonds, notes, and various debt obligations. The fund may also utilize fixed-income instruments and derivative contracts that provide exposure to variable-rate loans or other similar securities.
