The fund typically aims to achieve its financial objectives by allocating a minimum of 80% of its portfolio to equity holdings. Its investment strategy primarily targets shares of companies with substantial market valuations, specifically those exceeding $2 billion. A crucial requirement for any stock purchased is that it must either already be paying dividends or be anticipated to start doing so within the following twelve months. Additionally, the fund is permitted to invest up to 20% of its total net assets in securities from non-U.S. companies or those denominated in foreign currencies.
