Hartford Global Impact Fund Class Y 

The fund aims for substantial long-term capital appreciation. To achieve this, it invests in the equity securities of companies operating across the globe, specifically including those denominated in currencies other than the U.S. dollar and those from emerging economies. The portfolio may also incorporate instruments such as depositary receipts or other securities convertible into shares of non-U.S. entities. Additionally, the fund retains the flexibility to hold a portion of its assets in cash at times. A core investment principle dictates that, under normal circumstances, a minimum of 40% of its net assets will be dedicated to foreign securities, or derivative instruments and other investments providing international market exposure, originating from at least three distinct countries outside the United States.
